Greenish yellow capsule (antiaging capsule) contains:
- Garlic(200mg): Lowers cholesterol and blood pressure, is an anti-inflammatory, and protects cell health.
- Green Tea(50mg): Rich in catechin polyphenols, particularly epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), a powerful antioxidant. Boosts immune system and overall health.
- Turmeric(150mg): A useful herb in treating arthritis, inflammation, and possible cancer. Protects brain cells andskin cells from free radical damage, improving concentration and slowing the formation of wrinkles and finelines.
- Gotu Kola(50mg): An herb known to stimulate blood circulation, increase the body's collagen production, and mprove memory.

My Verdict:
These supplements were given to me last year (around October). I have tried 3 sachet but due to the holiday and travels I've decided to stop taking them because I believe that to be able to see the product's full potential I also need to incorporate a healthy lifestyle as well as healthy diet. You know us Filipinos we take holiday to a higher level ;) the "handa" and the left and right invitations to Christmas Parties made me decide to take it Next Year which is this year 2018. Finally last week January 3 I've decided to be committed, so today officially marks my 1 week of taking them and here are my observations:
- I've noticed that I have less cravings unlike before after eating a meal I am looking for sweets or if I am just editing videos I find myself reaching for some snacks. However surprisingly when I start taking my 3-in-1 beauty pack my cravings lessen. I believe it is because of the Slimaluma capsule.
- For the L-Glutathione capsule I believe that it needs more time for my skin to lighten 1-2 shades lighter because it is not instant result thing but I noticed that my pimple marks lighten faster than before.
- Green Tea capsule helps me to be more awake and energized. I know they are promising the anti-aging effect but I also observed that when I started incorporating green tea as one of my supplements my mind is more active.
RATING:
I know it is too early for me to give a rating because it has only been 7 days straight of taking 2 sachet daily but I have a feeling that I am going to be "hiyang" with these supplements. I am going to update you guys through my Vlog on what are the changes after a month or two of taking them.
